Terrible display of professionalism. I am in severe pain and booked an appointment for next week to start my physical therapy, only to have your staff completely mismanage my care. I received a call claiming my appointment was booked by the "wrong department" and had to be cancelled, but I was explicitly assured that rebooking for the same week would be no problem. I have been a patient at All Star Physical Therapy since January for my neck. The very sweet young lady named Serena has been very helpful with my exercises I do. I always forget them and she is always patient with me forgetting them and reminding me every time I go what I do. :) Serena always has a smile on her face and always a joy to work with for my P.T. :)
