I've been receiving physical therapy here for about 10 weeks. The therapists and ladies at the front desk are always pleasant. The exercises they have me perform are definitely designed for my particular ailment (recovery from a broken kneecap). Stretching, balancing, squats and lunge exercises are good to do even if not injured, but who takes the time to do them at home. I highly recommend All Star Physical Therapy.
$150 charge for a wrong diagnosis. It was confirmed by Dr that I was mis- diagnosed. When I let them know, there was no apology, no referal to a more experienced physical therapist ... Just another Bill for a wrong diagnosis. A young guy that didn't seem very experienced worked with me. Having been a professional dancer and worked with physical therapists over a lifetime whis was my worst experience so far. All of the therapists and assistants were very professional and friendly. They were thorough in their examinations and treatments, as well as suggestions for home therapy. Through their care, support and knowledge my pain significantly decreased. I am so thankful for all the time and dedication they gave. Great experience at All Star, the whole team was fantastic at their jobs as someone who has been working through and struggling with pain they were able to help focus on the area and show me ways to improve that injury! Very polite and helpful everyone and the receptionist was very helpful setting up appointments no hassles! Would recommend this to anyone struggling with physical pain
