Our daughter has been blessed to work with many good people who have helped her grow as an athlete and a person. All Star and Phil are the newest to her team of trainers. Phil takes time to talk to my daughter. He really provides 1:1 training. His attention is not directed elsewhere. He takes time to get to know her as an athlete and as a person. Within just the last 4-6 weeks, we’ve seen her skills, speed, and strength improve. We are thankful others encouraged us to give All Star a try!
