I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They were obviously careless when transporting our belongings, damaged/broke several items irreparably, and refused to take accountability even though they were clearly responsible. The owner refused to provide any compensation or refund the cost of the service. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking with them.

Deeply Unprofessional and Damaging Experience – Beware We hired All Star Moving Company for a local move within San Francisco, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The movers caused visible damage to the concrete floors in our new apartment by dragging a heavy coffee table instead of lifting it. The scratches and gouges are extensive and will require professional repair. I just have to say that All Star Moving did a fantastic job moving my daughters apartment from San Francisco to San Jose. From inquiry, to delivery, the process was smooth and timely. They arrived on time and quickly assessed and grouped items together for easy moving down three flights of stairs. They arrived in San Jose on time and helped uncouple their brilliant packaging groupings. I would use them again in heartbeat!

All Star Moving did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. This is the second time I’ve used them, and both experiences have been excellent. The team was professional, fast, and made the moving process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

Absolutely hands down the BEST moving experience I've ever encountered. Fast, Helpful, and NO hidden fee's. From start to finish, these guys were on it, and had me moved from San Jose to San Francisco in record time, and half the price anywhere else my friends. So stop shopping, give then a call, and THANK ME LATER.
