Nice job All Star in making our daughter understand the rules of the road. In the past I use to ask questions to her about right of way rules and all my daughter would do is look down at her phone or tell me she didn't know. Now she can't stop critiquing me and asking me questions, and I love it! Thanks all star!
Had a pleasant experience with all star. My 3 instructors I worked with were super nice, knowledgeable and very patient. When I had to call their corporate office, the staff was always friendly. I give 5 stars for being so helpful and my overall experience from the start was great. I stayed with all star with all both my segments and taking the road test (Mr. Thompson who does the road testing in Ann Arbor was so nice an so helpful when I was nervous at first. Very happy. Thanks all-star!
This was my first time using All Star and I must say I came in with a lot of questions. Things are so much different than they used to be and it seems like they just keep changing. The lady in the office was so helpful, she even gave me her extension to call when or if I had future questions, which I did. Every time I called she made sure to get me answers. I've had all my kids go through All Star and never once did I have a bad experience. My kids enjoyed class so much that we ended up going back for segment 2 and even took the Road Test with Larry in Ann Arbor. All Star definitely served there purpose with my family and did a great job of doing that!
My son took class in Livonia with Todd! We loved his class so much. We will be back for segment 2!
Used this company for a road test. It was easy to book, go to, and test. Love it.
A bad memory for our 16 year old. THE worst customer service I've had in a long time. If they make a mistake, it'll be your fault and they will offer you $10 off the next time they can get you in! I am VERY glad that I didn't let my 16-year old make the arrangements herself, because the girls in that office would have walked all over her for sure. Due to a mistake which was clearly theirs, my daughter missed a half day of school AND had nothing to show for it, because she never got to take her test. She felt so bad... So we ... read more
