We were on a trip with our 90 year old father when we had a problem with the alarm going off on his EWheeler scooter. The gal at this store helped us troubleshoot the problem over the phone and spent quite a bit of time researching the issue for us. She was so helpful and friendly. We appreciated her support when we were far from home. Wish we would have asked for her name to personally recognize her.
