All Star Medical has been our go-to place for medical equipment rentals over the last few years. With aging parents, I'm really grateful for all the rentals available! The staff has been beyond helpful, and we definitely recommend All Start to others.
A friend and I took our friend Susan, who has mobility issues resulting from a stroke to All Star Medical, Hermitage. They were recommended by a physical therapist because of their large selection of motorized wheelchairs, which is what we were looking for. We were greeted by Trent Davenport who let her “test drive” several chairs, and was very mindful of her needs. Being able to rent a wheelchair from All Star Medical was a lifesaver after orthopedic surgery last month. Trent was a great help arranging the rental and scheduling delivery and later pickup of an electric wheelchair. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. The chair itself was in great condition and came with a charging cord - all very easy to use. Grateful to Trent and the ASM team!
