Howdy another satisfied customer here So if you live in Monahans or Kermit area and you need HVAC work please do not hesitate to call All-star mechanical. This team is exceptional. I use them for all my company housing. (24 of them)and my personal home as well. Alonzo is an amazing gentleman and he has really good knowledgeable guys that work for him that you can trust doing work in your home or business. Doing work with him was very easy zero stress he was always there to answer any questions.
This company came out said my unit was frozen they turned the unit off and said they would come back in a couple hours to check it! They never showed back up even after reaching back out and trying to say they did when i have cameras. I had to call someone else back out because these guys unplugged the disconnect with the intention of coming back and never showed back up!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL
