Disappointing, communication was poor. Unprofessional, disappointing, as stated previously. Unable to use this company.
My wife and I had just bought out home and within a month of moving in the 30 year old air conditioner stopped working. I called Larry and he stopped by and quoted me at a fiat price. He installed the unit the next day and everything has been great since. He was very professional and honest and I will use his services again and recommend him to friends
All Star Mechanical came to my house to give me a quote for a new air conditioner. I had already paid a service man to try and repair it and he told me that it needed to be replaced. I had their company and another company give me prices for a new one before Larry came over. When he arrived he asked to look at the old unit and within ten minutes he pulled a dead mouse from inside of the unit and repaired a wire and it was running great.
