They do NOT answer their phone. They do NOT return phone calls when messages are left. They will NOT come out to fix the Lyft.
I had a hitch and lift put on my vehicle with All Star, through the VA ... They sub contracted the hitch to U-haul (who didn't check their work and installed a bad electrical plug) Then All Star came to install the lift ...they also didn't check their work and never informed me that the electrical plug wasn't working) this left me with a vehicle without a tag light which I couldn't drive at night. These guys did an AMAZING job with my mother's lift and I am so happy with their work, friendliness and speed at which they respond!!
I have been calling an leaving messages..an spoken..to a rep..who tells u they will call back..an nvr do..my mom has been waiting a week..very displeased with this service!!!
