To me, All Star Kia just doesn't run their business intelligently. Here's the entire story. My daughter's 2020 Kia Sorrento wouldn't start (even after a jump). I had it towed to a nearby Firestone. I paid for a diagnostic and they said it was the starter. I called the Kia dealership where I bought the vehicle (in Shreveport), gave them the VIN, mileage (54,000) and part number. Very disappointing customer service experience. We had a really bad experience at this dealership. My friend was in the process of buying a car and trying to sort out her insurance, but the employee we dealt with, Mr. P, was extremely impatient and unprofessional. He seemed overwhelmed by even basic questions and repeatedly ran to his manager for answers instead of handling the situation with confidence. Ask for Mr.Louis or Nacho! This is my second time purchasing a brand new Kia and both times he exceeded my expectations. He’s honest/transparent, very knowledgeable, and works to ensure you are satisfied. He even gets in the car and show you every single little detail about the car which I appreciate SO MUCH! His work ethic is the reason I came back & will continue to.
Danny was SO helpful and nice. He Let me know AS SOON AS my car was done, which literally only took 1 hour. If you need to get service done, ask for Danny.
