Rick R. Just read some of the reviews and it is amazing how a company this bad can still be doing work and ripping people off. We had a above ground pool, also recessed 24 inches put in last June and had approximately 3 and half months use out if it last year. I would like to share my experience with Allstar Installations. We purchased a pool and decided to have Allstar do a countersink install, that is dig a 24" deep recess for the pool. Pictures would show uprights not plumb, no footings under uprights just old shingles. I would not recommend this company for ANY work. I paid nearly $2000 for what you see and I will have to make the corrections myself as I cannot get any response from "Gus" or anyone else as the phone number is "mailbox full" so no messages can be left. Hit a friends mailbox while doing work at a neighbors house and never called back to replace it!
They arrived late, one guy smelt like alcohol, and damaged parts on my pool. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
