I don’t leave reviews but after countless scheduled appointments and frustration and what I can only gather as lack of concern from anyone employee here, I’m going to. When you schedule the appointment all the information given somehow seems to get lost in translation between phone call and appointed arrival time. My hyundai was shaking when idling. I called the dealership instead of the guy who used to fix my old Jeep. They couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. It's not a huge deal since I work from home and live in Mid City so I can walk everywhere, but when they did get my car, they had it 2 days and hadn't even started the $189 diagnostic to figure out what was wrong with it.
