Bought a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon a month ago. Got the full service package. I take it in for the first service and came to find out they sold it to me with the wheels out of alignment (dangerous!) and bad brake fluid needing a flush (dangerous!). They wanted $340 extra my first service when they shouldn't have sold the car without looking at first and giving the same inspection! I pointed this out and Myeisha said "take it up with Sales". Had an appointment for 10:30 am and walked out after 12 noon. Staff checking customers out on personal phone calls using profanity.
Charged a $189 diagnostic fee, and quoted me $8000 to replace parts that were not even broken, so I end up paying $189, and still having order the parts to fix it myself, useless service center.
