Rear view mirror was broken in their care, and they refused to fix it and I’ll be stuck with the bill. Could have at least fixed, but they refused to. I’ll never come here again. Rather than try to make things right by maybe giving me a free bill or fixing it. It was a flat no. Don’t bring your car here at all.
I called and made an appointment at the service center to fix an air conditioning issue. The a/c was blowing warm air. I brought my car at the designated appointment time and was told it would take 24-72hrs to repair depending on what they found when the work began. (This was a Tuesday morning at 8:30am.) HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I had an extremely frustrating experience with All Star Hyundai of Baton Rouge. I dropped my vehicle off yesterday at 7:00 AM and was told it would be ready by 12:00 PM. The service department at this dealership charged me over $1,060, and did not perform any of the repairs they promised this money would buy, “justifying” this to themselves through a frankly extortionate process of strategic dishonesty.
