Another UPDATE Now, our vinyl plank flooring is cracking. The underlayment seems uneven. I'm just so disgusted. Please do not use this builder. He seems to hire the cheapest sub contractors who don't really know what they are doing. There is no quality control. TERRIBLE! UPDATE Talked to builder today. We bought a model home in Lindwood Crest almost 2 years ago. We have had numerous problems with our home since then. Leaking gutters, defective doors, handicapped shower in backwards (faucet on wrong end), and asphalt driveway deteriorating. The home next door is having foundation issues! Almost all the other new builds on our street have issues that should not occur in a new construction. We paid a lot of money for our home and now regret it. Please don't do what we did. Stay away from this builder. Far away.

Unfortunately a very poor experience with the follow through. Our experience has been that he says things will get fixed and then they don’t get fixed, and there is no follow up. Blames the sub contractors...as if that should be your problem when buying a home. Specific major example is that our undersized air conditioning unit has never been replaced nor has a solution been found even though it was acknowledged as an issue upon moving in. Can’t get the temp below 80 degrees upstairs and the downstairs below 76 on a hot summ... read more
