I loathe crappy workmanship. These guys/gals, everyone, most especially John, their ducting expert, were SUPER from estimate to refurbishing an old, idiosyncratic furnace's bizarre electric and dead dampers to clean up. They did exactly what I asked for, and exactly what they promised. I highly recommend All Star.
Very responsive service on call and reasonable service charge.
We have used All-Star for years and highly recommend them. The staff (from the person scheduling to the technician) are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Nick came out the day after we lost power and he was wonderful! When there is an urgent situation they do their best to respond quickly.
Great customer service! We had an issue on a Sunday because we tripped a breaker and the tech walked us through on the phone to find the simple fix. Saved us on a hot day!
