Had 2 great conversations w/ Frank when I initially booked. Called back & Kay gave me new date & suddenly no Frank ever existed. 2 hr before appt someone else texted me to cancel my appt (I just had major surgery & went through hell to schedule someone 2 take me/my car 2 this appt) stating that a higher priority job bumped my job. I confronted this unprofessionalism & let you know, that I am actually MORE important as I have been trying to do this w/ you for 6 months & I was scheduled 1st, plus w/ my health, this was not ok.... read more
