It's actually 4.5 but no way to do that. Everybody that I had contact was professional and courteous. Had some slight miscommunication but they gave me a nice discount for the error. Repair looks fine from the outside but still quite visible from inside the car. I know this seems to be the norm ,I am just nitpicking. I would recommend them if asked.
