I’m extremely pleased with the service I have received. The technician that installed the new glass, Niall, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and clearly explained the process of installing the glass as well as the proper aftercare. He was respectful and customer service oriented. Niall is an asset to your company.
came and did only half the work and did not come back to finish or reschedule after 4 days. Updated ** The manager, Carlos did eventually come by on 7/31 to complete the calibration work.
