Excellent job on my windshield
My experience with Auto Glass Now was first class - what really worked for me was the scheduling and communication process. The service was outstanding - if you are busy this is the place to go. In addition, Jacob was a first class technician and got the complete windshield replacement and technical calibration done is less than 2 hours! 5 star experienced!
1. The customer service is terrible: They ask me to wait on the phone for over 10mins for every call I gave, even including checking the calendar for appointment. Once I waited for 20 minutes for contacting the insurance company, and eventually they hang off my call since I didn’t pick up the phone in 3 seconds. 2. Eventually they refuse to use OEM(original equipment manufacturer) glass since they claim the OEM glass is non-refundable and requires full deductible insurance. I’m pretty sure this is unprofessional claim.
