I had my windshield replaced at Auto Glass Now on Airline Drive near Clearview. The replacement was done quickly and cheaply, but, there's the rub. The next day I had another break in my windshield. No rock or other object hit the windshield while I was driving and my car was parked off the street at my job site when a fellow employee told me that the windshield had a crack in it. I replaced my windshield today at Glass Masters workshop at the Metairie site near Clearview and Airline Highway crossing. It took 1 hour from hand-over my key to getting my car back. The front desk lady and their service people were very polite. They worked very hard to finish the replacement as early as possible. They listened to and answered the customers' questions patiently. These guys were great, every other place i called was almost twice as much. Craig was the best, he walked me through figuring out which windshield I needed(who knew glass had options) got me in right away. When I got there the ladies were friendly and attentive even though they were extremely busy. They were done in about an hour and a half, my car looked loke it just left factory floor. Great experience
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! These people are a joke. I am now headed to them for the 6th time. They ordered the wrong glass after a special trip was made to them, so they could order the right one. After removing the broken glass, they realized they had ordered the wrong one. I had to leave my 2014 in their garage overnight, and now the glass trim is lifting two days after install. Worst place ever don't go here! Had a new windshield installed paid cash out of pocket and they totally made it worse. Leaks all around the top and they covered my Vin number with glue!!! Went back asked if they would fix and nada.
Do not use this place!!!!! After scheduling a time to have them come to my house to fix my windshield they called me that morning and said they couldn't come out I'd have to bring my car to them. However, they didn't have any time available that day. I scheduled it for the next day and had my husband drive my car with a busted out rear windshield to them. I had the WORST experience with this company..they left glass ALL over my dash and steering wheel and did a horrible job installing the new windshield..The exterior stripping was not glued back properly and I had to spend more money to fix it because glass masters wouldn't refund me for their rookie mistakes. Don't trust your windshield to these idiots..use Safelite instead.
If I rant and rave about how bad this company is most people will think I am just a dissatisfied customer. Instead let me tell you the owner and CEO is in a federal prison for insurance fraud. What does that tell you? Call the BBB for more info.
OUTSTADING. I drove up today a 0915 with my 2003 F150 and well I needed a new windshield..Ive been putting this off all year. A buddy owed me so he came with me to dropoff andleave it all day. I have read that some sat around for hr's no way not for me I'll drop it off. Te told be NO NO we will get you right in and done in a hour or so. OK I sent my ride home 42 mins later new winshield...nice and sved my like 100.00 thanks
