TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Terrible experience all the way around. One of the choices through our insurance...boy did we pick the wrong company. They were unprofessional and on top of that they scratched up the hood of the car. When we complained about that they were very rude. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Disagree with tittle – I don't agree with the poor customer service title, my family has been using All star for many years and their customer service has always been outstanding, In 2 locations I had Natalie and Tamy help me and they were stupendous! however I will agree with the management being poor, the manager at the fountain valley location made me so uncomfortable with the way he was talking to the young ladies in the office that i had to excuse myself from the store while my vehicle was being worked on. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – The manager - Tim Dickerson was very unfriendly, I had to go back 3 times to get the job done right and finally had to take my car to the Dealer to fix the rear view mirror that just fell off the windsheild. The manager told me that he would not pay for my out of pocket expenses from the dealer. I would NOT recommend All Star Glass to anyone!
