Alex has had our car since 2021 it's a Buick century. We have been calling and he has blocked ever number we call from after he figures out who is talking to. This man and his shop is a scam. We meet him on military and paid him a deposit for the work that need to be done. Called him a week later to see what has been done. 0 stars . Alex is a dishonest and unprofessional person. Has had my car since September , promising me that it will be ready every other week and it’s still not ready. I live on the northeast side so it’s pretty far. I finally went there today and find out that everything he has been telling me was a lie. Refuses to give me a refund for this vehicle as well. Do NOT go to these criminals!!! They are thieves and will make lies about you and lie to you about your vehicle. They do horrible work and have had many police reports made against them. Do NOT recommend. Also known as PRO ENGINE REPAIR. Please save yourself money and having your vehicle kept from you and then given back broken.
