I pulled into their parking lot today mind you they were closed, only because my car was overheating and I was needing to add water to it with what I already had and a man in a new gray toyota tundra asked me if I knew the owners and if I had permission to be there. Poor customer service and the lady who answers the phone is very unprofessional and rude when they finally answer their phones. Electrician never came back in after working on the electrical box to make sure problem was fixed. Replaced an outlet and never made sure it was functioning after turning on the power. Good thing our house is under warranty because we had to call our builders to come out and check after All Star Electric work.
