I was hesitant to enroll my daughter in Top Driver's Segment 1 classes because of the reviews but my experience doesn't match the negative reviews at all. My daughter has classes w/ Mr. Burns and has driven w/ both Mr. Burns & Ms. Taylor. They are both professional, courteous & communicate very well w/ the students and parents. If you can use a computer, you can schedule make up class and driving lessons very easily. Everything is explained very well (for segment 1) in the parent mandatory 30 min mtg during lesson 1.
