I specifically asked for a one trip container with no damage/dents. I ended up receiving a damaged container. Dropped $300 off price, but thats not what I wanted. Kinda feel forced into it when you have a driver at your property with damaged container ready to unload. I specified over phone and text that I wanted no dents. I did not receive what I asked for. I much rather pay for what I want than a discount on the opposite.
Randy is so helpful and honest! Great pricing and is so patient. He offers great insight and suggestions every time I call him! I recommend him to everyone I know looking for containers and don’t mind continuously using his service! Victor also is always helpful and ready to tackle the specifics of any project. Great guys couldn’t ask for better customer service.
All star containers is the best! Gotten several containers from this company and they were delivered to the property with no hassles! Everyone is extremely professional and efficient. Prices are the best in Houston and service is top notch. Randy has always been ready and willing to answer any questions in a positive manner. Extremely helpful and pleasant. Will be doing business here again!
