Terrible cut, should’ve saved my money
I went into All Star Clips thinking I was about to get a clean taper — just a nice, gradual blend on the sides and back, keeping the top how I wanted. A taper is supposed to be subtle, almost like the haircut fades into your skin at the very edges, not a dramatic change. Instead, the barber fired up the clippers and went straight into a bald fade, taking the sides down to skin with no transition. Wanted to share a poor experience with a barber named Sergio there. Brought my son in for a haircut the regular person he sees was not in so this barber named Sergio cut his hair first time and he totally pushed his hairline and sides back way too far and did a bad job - when I expressed our dissatisfaction he did say he will redo the haircut, which was appreciated , but what was such a turn off was that Sergio felt the need to mention an underhanded insult to us. I was looking for a barber for my 12 year old son, we just relocated to Clermont from South Florida, we've been going to the same barber 8 years, he did a phenomenal job with the fade, I was skeptical about not knowing anyone here that could do the same haircut for him but when I called All-Star Clips, the owner Andy took great care of us he listed to what we wanted showed him a few pictures and he got it.
