I had a brand new floor installed in my business. Hired all star to wax the new floor with their machines. Price was a little high, but I read reviews and thought I would use them . The appt. was at 10 and I received a call at 10:15 (glad i went out of my way to get there) and I was told that there was an issue and they would be late by probably an hour.
