I wanted to share a concern regarding my recent experience at your location. The girl at the front desk was quite dismissive during my visit. She sent me a vague text about what might be wrong with my car, and when I asked for clarification, she provided very little information and didn’t attempt to get anyone else to explain either. We brought our van into the dealership to schedule a recall (walk in they were not busy) so the part could be ordered, my husband spoke with Laura the service advisor, she verified it had two recalls and scheduled him an appointment for a week later to come back. He went back May 7th and met with her on the appointed date, she said they would order the parts and call us when they came in. (Wasted 2 trips even though she verified them the first time she failed to order the parts) We never got a call about the parts so on the ... read more
