The team that just finished cleaning both of my duplexes were wonderful. They were extremely professional, explained everything prior to starting the job, with no hidden fee (which is very refreshing). They were extremely careful to not let my pets out and careful with the furniture. I have scheduled my next cleaning requesting the best cleaning crew ever, John (The Stainmaster) & Stacy. RUDE!!!!!!! I have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful company in my life. We purchased an amazon groupon with this company and when they came out they said I had to pay another $70 for shampoo which was included in the cost of the groupon I purchased. The guy wouldn't even talk to me. He said if I wouldn't pay extra he won't do the service the walked out and slammed my door leaving his female partner in my house looking stunned. I paid them $305 to clean a small 1,000 sq ft 3 bedroom house with a small patch. It was way too high for the 45 minutes they were there but they did a good enough job that I wouldn't have complained. I just would not have used them again because of the high price. My huge complaint comes after paying them $250 additional to take a rug from my home to professionally bathe it. We found this company using groupon and loved them! My husband was home while they steam cleaned our carpets. When I got home from work the fresh, clean smell was the first thing I noticed then I saw the wonderful job they did on our carpets. It has now been a few weeks and our carpets still look great! Although I did not personally speak to anyone at the company my husband told me they were very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

"GROUPON NOT WORTH THEIR TIME" I would give it less if I could. They show up...try to up charge you (later confirm they do this every time). Redeem the groupon and say they arent providing service (theft since they took the money) and leave. Customer service is a joke since its a family owned business and the boss/owner is the one who came out anyways. I would love to know if anyone else has had the same experience. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY ENOUGH

I have used Allstar to clean my carpets at my home in NFW / Keller for 3 years now. I've been happy with there work and for the most part prompt timing. I know there are a lot of companies out there but they have been real fair on there pricing with me over the years and great service.

This couple cleaned my carpet spotless clean, explained everything prior to working, told me the cost upfront, and did not come up with any extra fees/charges. They did their job efficiently, with a smile, and gave me pointers on how to get stains out: go get that from any other company! THE COUPLE ARE AN ALL STAR MAN AND WIFE CREW, THEY ARE 5 STARS, AND ROCK. LARRY AND MEL: SEE YOU NEXT WEEK, LOOK FORWARD TO TO ANOTHER WOW JOB WITH MY SOFA CLEANING. THANKS.

The worst customer service!! Do not use this company, when they "cleaned" my carpet it stayed wet for almost 3 days and guess what..my carpet is still dirty. No one answers the phone at the office and when they do they are very unprofessional. I made 3 appointments for my carpet to be re-cleaned and nobody showed up or called me to reschedule. Also they charged more than what is advertised on their website. Please save yourself a headache!!!!
