Very professional and on time (which this mom appreciated) Thank you so much! We did the hot water extraction treatment and our carpets look great. I am a mom of a 2 1/2 year old so we have many spills and accidents! They all came out! (The paint that I had dripped while painting my walls are even lighter, very surprised on that!) Would highly recommened! Thank you!

Loved their attention to every detail!!! They carefully moved and protected all my furniture and paid special attention to my "problem" areas!!! As a multiple pet owner I definitely had quite a few!!! I was especially pleased with the scotch guarding! Other companies had never really explained its effectiveness in combating pet problems. I can truthfully say that now that my nice clean carpet is scotch guarded, pet accidents seems to clean up easily without soaking in and leaving those telltale stains. Thank you All STAR! They called and canceled the appointment due to the fact that they were afraid to cross the taneycomo bridge while the lake was flooding...... The bridge was never closed, and even if it was they could have gone the alternate route to get to the house. I needed it done ASAP due to move out inspection, and when I told them the bridge was fine and they had nothing to worry about, they changed their story and said that some employees that worked there were first priority during the flood.....
