My daughter was in need of a car and Isaiah Kunes in Oak Creek was absolutely wonderful. He was able to get her a reliable vehicle.
Long wait times, frequent missing parts for scheduled repairs, and a deteriorating waiting area.
If you had an appointment for Goodyear all-season tires in mid November 2025, I'm so sorry but they gave them to me after an employee said "who cares" to his coworker's statement of "I think those are for another customer." That same employee tried to silently stare me down after I confusedly asked "why was my appointment confirmed if you don't have my tires?" (didn't yell, didn't mock, just asked) The waiting area isn't much better, which normally isn't important but when scheduled oil changes normally take up to 2 hours...... read more
Update: The manager responds to reviews and says to contact them to resolve the situation, then doesn't take your calls or return any messages. I purchased a vehicle about a month ago from Kunes Oak Creek. The second day I drove it, I noticed that heat, a/c, and windshield defroster were not working properly. I took it to a shop and was told that it was a very expensive repair as entire pieces of the HVAC system were missing from inside the car.
