1st time ever usinging insurance to repair a vehicle. Was very simple and smooth process. Scheduled a drop-off, followed updates on app. Came to pick it up. The staff was nice, quality of work was excellent. I didn't rush them. I wanted them to take the time needed to fix it right. They told me two weeks. App said I month I picked it up two weeks after drop-off. Highly recomend
As much as I have dealt with All Star Chevy Collision and the Fast and Friendly Service, I never thought that I would be writing a 1 Star Review after dealing with them on my current vehicle. My Vehicle was involved in a Collision and Suspension Damage has resulted from the Collision. It was Documented on the Intake Sheet and it was said over the Phone multiple times, and by Email.
