I had an extremely disappointing experience with this limo company. I provided them with a detailed itinerary for a special event, but they completely disregarded it. The driver took alternate routes and made unnecessary stops, causing delays and ruining our schedule. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us extra for time that wasn't even our fault! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
