The service manager was very courteous and accommodating. I was very pleased that he could arrange for my car to be serviced when I was at the dealership looking at new model SUV's to purchase.

I always receive great customer service from the service department at All Star Autoplex Chevrolet & GMC in Palestine, TX. A big shout out to David at the service counter, as he always provides exceptional service.
Did a repair service a couple months ago. There was diagnostic fee $135. Even you go with them for the service. They still charged me $135 diagnostic fee. And I was never told there was a diagnostic fee $135 even you Go with them for the service. If I had known there was a unwaverable diagnostic fee $135, I definitely would have gone to another GM dealership such as GM Hall at Tyler.
