Poor communication and backyard mechanics. 3 weeks to change a steering box tried to make up for not completing all of the work requested with discount. When we picked up the truck there was a puddle of fluids underneath from not tightening the fittings. Fluid everywhere under the hood and motor. Overfilled brake fluid / power steering fluid and coolant.
