I'm wondering why my review has not been posted!! I have had Nothing But Trouble with All Star Auto!! You can't believe how bad it is from start to finish!! Just to begin with I bought a $50,000 dollar car from them and you would think that you would be Treated like gold!! My daughter and I had an excellent experience purchasing her first car from All Star Auto Sales. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we got a quality car - at a fair price. He made the process as easy as possible. He cares very much about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend buying a car from Mark!
Mark was so helpful, kind and patient in my car buying experience! He addressed my concerns promptly!
Mark is an outstanding gentleman. Thank you Mark for helping my wife get her new vehicle. First time I've left a review for for someone helping my wife, she loves her new vehicle, she is on cloud nine, and thank you for going above and beyond, wish more people had good customer service skills like you. If you are looking for a vehicle, Mark will do his best to help within his ability.
All Star earns its name! Mark went above and beyond to work with us, even though he was out of town when we first reached out to him. He answered all of our questions and made things smooth and easy. Everything was clear and concise, no BS. He even went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my new car in time to meet my work needs. He saw that I was stressed about it and made sure that I was taken care of. Highly recommend!!!
