Shanna Taylor the executive officer is extremely rude and racist. Every single one of my interactions with her has been unpleasant and unsavory. If this is the person they have interacting with front facing customers then the company should be dissolved. A total joke and lacks professionalism . Overheard her using profanity towards a black person while telling him to go back to “his country”. If you’re a minority do business at your own risk; better yet patronize elsewhere.
