Very strict and poorly explained rules. I came on Thursday at 3:30pm and spoke with Mark. I told him I had a steering issue. He looked at my car through the glass door and immediately said it was from my accident. I told him the accident was three years ago and the steering problems only started recently. My accident is more so cosmetic, with the bumper and radiator being affected (I replaced the radiator in 2023) He seemed surprised and just told me, ‘Bring the car tomorrow,’ so I agreed.
