Very strict and poorly explained rules. I came on Thursday at 3:30pm and spoke with Mark. I told him I had a steering issue. He looked at my car through the glass door and immediately said it was from my accident. I told him the accident was three years ago and the steering problems only started recently. I take my whole fleet here from regular sedans to party and shuttle buses when it comes to their knowledge it is amazing they can do anything and everything, and their body shop is amazing, I have used at least 10 body shops around the area for our fleet and hands down they do the best job it looks like New like the first day out of the dealership. Can't recommend them enough, you wont be disappointed and their pricing is more than fair.
