They don’t answer the phone! Ever! And when they do they say they’re on another line and that they’ll return your call but they never do.

We needed a temperature gauge replaced in our oven. It took three days and two visits. The purpose of the second visit was because they needed two people to lift the oven...except only one person came the second time as well. So a neighbor and I lifted the oven with the technician. The technician was in a hurry and caused drywall damage which he declined to do anything about. He also bent part of the stove cover, but we did not notice this until he left.
