My 90 year old father called 5 Star Appliances in 1/2018 to fix his drop in gas top. They kept ordering parts and my dad paid almost $500 for nothing. They did not and could not fix it. Until I got involved, there was no resolution. Just yesterday they gave him $250 back for not fixing it. They said they have ordered $250 worth of parts, which I find hard to believe. I had called the owner, Mr. Noel F***** and his worker called me back. Mr. F***** never even gave me the courtesy of a phone call. Real professional man.
