Great experience! Rich came and repaired my washer the same day I contacted him. He had all equipment necessary to complete the job and was very pleasant to speak to. I highly recommend him and will definitely be reaching back out if needed. Thank you
Asked Rich to come out and look at a fridge. Charged a diagnostic fee but had no ideas. Said to “keep an eye on it”. Absolute joke of an appliance repair shop
I highly recommend Rich for appliance repairs! My husband Tony and I have used him twice, and both times he came out the very same day we called. It's hard to find that kind of prompt service these days. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repairs efficiently, and did excellent work. Rich is knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. If you need an appliance repaired, don't hesitate to call him! Glad I didn't have to buy a new dryer!
Rich from All-Star Appliance Service and Repair was a blessing! He came out right away to evaluate our dryer problem . The dryer would not turn on and appeared to be dead. We thought it would be a costly repair but within a few minutes he explained it was the dryer knob. It was a reasonable repair cost. The service fee was expected and he charged us for a new knob. We have been Customers of Rich from All Star Appliance what has to be about 10 years now, if not longer. He always comes promptly and offers honest, quality service at a very affordable price. Today he came out within 2 hours of me calling him to fix the heater in our dryer and got the job done quick and easy. In the past he has fixed our washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. I highly recommend his services.
