Wonderful experience!! Rich answered the phone on Saturday and booked me for Monday morning. He asked for the model number of my fridge. Called at 8 am Monday to confirm my appt and called when he was on his way. He was here at 9:30, diagnosed the problem, had the whirlpool part (not an aftermarket part)on his truck ready to go. My fridge was fixed in less than an hour! He was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. His price was reasonable as well. Thank you Rich for your excellent service!!

Worst experience ever had Manny come out don't know nothing about refrigerators at all almost a thousand dollars later still not working only the fridge works not the freezer but won't call him back out bcs he hit on my wife and doesn't no nothing about refrigerators I'm buying a new one bcs nobody will touch it now bcs of this company ..save yourself don't hire them
Rich came out to fix my washer did a great job . Had him out a couple of times over the years. I will never use anyone else . Every time I call him he comes out and does a great job every time . I refer him to everyone I know for appliance services
SCAM COMPANY..We were having trouble with our washer so we called all-star appliance repair & there so called technician, manny shows up in a regular car with a small toolbox to check our washer he said we needed a pump for our washer & said it would be $385 after we payed him $85 for the so called diagnostic test, another company comes out a few hours later & pulls the pump out and did a on test the pump & it’s perfectly fine this company is a scam I will dispute my credit card charge & let everyone I know about this scam c... read more
