Rich from All-Star Appliance Service and Repair was a blessing! He came out right away to evaluate our dryer problem . The dryer would not turn on and appeared to be dead. We thought it would be a costly repair but within a few minutes he explained it was the dryer knob. It was a reasonable repair cost. The service fee was expected and he charged us for a new knob. We have been Customers of Rich from All Star Appliance what has to be about 10 years now, if not longer. He always comes promptly and offers honest, quality service at a very affordable price. Today he came out within 2 hours of me calling him to fix the heater in our dryer and got the job done quick and easy. In the past he has fixed our washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. I highly recommend his services. Rich was a lifesaver! I had a problem with my dryer and he came out same day, pinpointed the issue immediately, and fixed it in under an hour. He clearly explained the costs beforehand, worked cleanly, and was super professional and friendly. Fast, efficient, and great value — I’d recommend Rich to anyone needing appliance repair.
Wonderful experience!! Rich answered the phone on Saturday and booked me for Monday morning. He asked for the model number of my fridge. Called at 8 am Monday to confirm my appt and called when he was on his way. He was here at 9:30, diagnosed the problem, had the whirlpool part (not an aftermarket part)on his truck ready to go. My fridge was fixed in less than an hour! He was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. His price was reasonable as well. Thank you Rich for your excellent service!!
