Rich of All Star appliance is a great guy ! He handles all our appliance repair needs. We highly recommend his repair services.
I have used Rich for 2 recent issues that I had the first was my washing machine. I called a few places and he is the only one that returned my call. Came right out and fixed the washer very prompt and efficient service. Today I was having an issue with my refrigerator he quickly assessed the issue and thankfully had the part with him that needed replacement. Needless to say he will be the only place that I call going forward if I need any additional service!!! Highly recommend All Star Appliance and Rich to anyone!!! You wo... read more
Rich was knowledgeable, prompt, and honest. He took the time to make sure my washer didn’t have any other issues before proceeding with repair, to ensure it was worth it vs purchasing a new washer. Fair pricing and quality service!
Great experience! Rich came and repaired my washer the same day I contacted him. He had all equipment necessary to complete the job and was very pleasant to speak to. I highly recommend him and will definitely be reaching back out if needed. Thank you
Asked Rich to come out and look at a fridge. Charged a diagnostic fee but had no ideas. Said to “keep an eye on it”. Absolute joke of an appliance repair shop
