I don't know the name of the person who came. He came on the scheduled day but instead of 8-11 AM, he came at the end of the day. He said I needed to send a part to be repaired as there were no new parts for my stove. I hesitated, but he said he will come and remove it if I decided to do that instead of buying a new stove.
