My refrigerator still leaks after new parts were installed. After many calls/texts, I luckily got a hold on him and we set up an appt date for him to come out... but he didn't show up and there wasn't any explanation- that would have been the 4th appt. He told me on the third appt, after he installed the second part, to ensure to contact him if it is still leaking and I did. Eric came out and fixed the problem within a hour. Four days later the same problem came back. I called at least ten times and he finally answered. he informed me he was working and would call me right back. he never did. After two weeks of calling and texting him i have heard NOTHING. His reviews that appear on goggle when you type ALL STAR APPLIANCE are all great. this business should be investigated.

Not going to discuss the first job but did agree to give a second chance as his price is low. Called on Monday to schedule he offered Wednesday 1-5 I agreed well today is Wednesday, I needed to be back at hospital with sick baby. I waited reached out at 3pm was told he was working as fast as he could 5pm came no call no show 6:10 call paled no answer text no answer 7 pm calls made got a text saying to text I texted still no response. We called them for two jobs. The first went fine. As for the second, they came in to do the estimate, then stopped returning calls/texts.
Eric is a swindler for sure as stated in some of the previous posts. He’s cordial and accommodating until you give him the money. He tells you he’ll be back to do the job and that’s when the disappearing act begins and communication starts to fail. He has an answer for everything and lacks professionalism and honesty. I would never call him for anything again.

I'm not sure why ***** Wrote this review. Her oven was fixed and still is working just fine. She never expressed any of these concerns. Never disappeared. Completed the job. So I'm not sure what is going on with this review. Only issue was getting a receipt which she has confirmed she received.
I used this company twice through my home warranty plan. Both times the same person came out and repaired my washing machine to my satisfaction. During the last visit, I have to say that he went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with my repair. Although, there was a brief delay in getting back in touch with him after waiting on him to get the part he needed, he completed my installation to my complete satisfaction. I have no had any further problems with my washing machine leaking water after his service repair.
Eric comes, diagnoses the issue. Had us order our parts. Then consistently "writes down my number wrong" so he can't call to reschedule. Misses appointments. Tells us we had wrote down the wrong appointment date & then finally doesn't show up , doesn't call , doesn't return texts or messages. He's an unreliable , swindler making a living off of the "diagnosis" fee. His responses to negative reviews indicate that he is oblivious that he is the culprit in his own failures.

*** we really apologize about this but this is only partially the story. We did have the wrong number and we reschedule when you received the parts. And did come back out when you had the parts. You had to order the parts because the local supplier did not carry the ones you needed. We came out diagnosed the issue and then again once parts arrived and determined that we could not move your refrigerator because of the weight and the cabinets left no room. I don't know the name of the person who came. He came on the scheduled day but instead of 8-11 AM, he came at the end of the day. He said I needed to send a part to be repaired as there were no new parts for my stove. I hesitated, but he said he will come and remove it if I decided to do that instead of buying a new stove. When I decided to try the repair service, he was supposed to come and remove the part, but didn't come. I removed it myself and sent it to be repaired. Eric is not a professional. He hit on me and would text me inappropriate photos of himself. He came out to fix a problem and when he made a physical advance and I pushed him away he refused to fix the appliance even though he was paid. He would not answer any calls after that. This man is a menace and criminal. I am sure he has made these advances on others he told me as much. He should not be allowed in anyone's home. I was afraid of him. His presence was alarming.
