I am shaking!!!! I had to ask the technician to leave within 5 minutes of entering my home where I was alone. Carl was very aggressive, combative and angry from the moment he walked in. He sat in his van for 15 minutes before coming in (105 degrees heat). Then he knocked on the door and I said "thank you for coming, I've been without a dishwasher for 3 weeks".
