I called them from google on a fridge wasn't cooling, Very Very unprofessional in any way as by appearance of technician, no knowledge and proper tools to determine the problem, not punctual, poor management and customer service, took me almost three month's to get refund on a un done job with unnecessary deduction of $80 not to call these never.
First, the good: this company was very responsive and fixed my dryer within 24 hours. However, I am very concerned re: the legitimacy/ ethics of their practices, which has been further confirmed by trying to find their Yelp page. The numbers listed on the receipt operate under several different names, which certainly raises red flags re: legitimacy. My experience: I needed to have the door switch replaced on my dryer.
