They made a mistake, but that's not why I'm giving them 1 star. It's because of the attitude and laziness I got from them when I asked for it to be fixed. I don't care that they messed up, but I do care that they blamed me for their mistake. Truckin' America screwed up the installation of a Truxedo tonneau cover I purchased, it would leak water into the bed every time it rained. They are getting a 1 because they can't get a zero. They took advantage of a friend of mine when she wanted a hitch for her bike. Never bothered to ask what she was towing and just put a hitch on it. Come to find out it won't work. Any professionals first question would be "What are you towing?" The were very rude when called and won't do anything about it. There are other places who do what they do. I would recommend using someone else.
