ZERO stars! Won't answer phone, Won't return calls. Taking my business to Tanglewood in St. Charles! At least Tanglewood took my call and set appointment!
Outstanding overall service!! I bought a bigger motor for my boat and needed it to be mounted. I had 25hp, and got a 35hp and these guys, not only did they mount it, but went over my trailer and motor to make sure I was all good to go. Since my initial call they were professional, courteous, and explained the process over the phone. I will use them for all my boating needs. I initially called a Marina in St. Charles and they were rude and unhelpful. These guys are the real deal. 10/10.
I called around to everyone for some work that I needed done to my boat and no one was able to help me before Labor Day, except for All-Sport Marine. These guys are awesome! They quickly identified the issues with my boat and trailer, and got it repaired fast so I can take my boat out for the weekend. When I picked my boat up, they patiently explained the repairs in detail, and the quality of work is excellent. Manny and his crew are a real pleasure to work with.
