Honest and transparent with labor and parts cost. Did what they said they would do, in the time promised. Was 100% satisfied
Tim is unprofessional and confrontational. Bad customer service that could have been corrected with a simple apology. Will never go there again.

1/2016 Had to take my Maxima if for an intermittent electrical problem. Tim and Kim were once again very helpful and diagnosed the problem correctly. Completely happy with their customer service and responsiveness. Thanks once again! 6/2015 Excellent customer service! The engine failed in my wife's car. A rod knock can ruin your whole week. Tim replaced the engine with a Jasper re-manufactured engine, but that engine developed a slight oil leak.
