Easy to work with, knowledgeable no hassle. Best company for the job. Product upgrade for free. Insurance paid for three tab, he put architectural shingles on for free. Kept me up to date with all stages of the project.
Did not appreciate them starting before 6am. It was pitch black out they had headlamps on, my dog lost his mind for an hour and all the lights were shining into our windows. Ridiculous and very unprofessional.
My experience with All South is in one word- Amazing! I moved into a new house two years ago and in the first year I already had a leak in the master bedroom. I was under warranty and a roofing company came out and "fixed" the issue. The communication with that roofing company was subpar and I did question if the roof was actually fixed. A week ago we got heavy rain and that same spot was leaking, again It was not even a year when it was supposed to be fixed.
