Shane was very helpful with the termites situation and also with another problem that just happened last night with squirrel in my attic
This company has been great!! There was an issue with the termite install where a water line was broken. They sent a plumber within hours to evaluated and repaired the damaged. We learned that it was the irrigation line. Good thing. That was in October. Now it’s spring and I go to turn on the irrigation line nothing. I reached out to them via email and within 24 hours someone was at the house assessed the issue and fix it. The water was not turned back on. We had an issue with scheduling in the beginning with All South, but they made it right and are now consistent and timely month to month. We have Brent do our monthly service and he is absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, caring and a great representative for the company!
