All Source Chimney was paid in full and yet left work unfinished, resulting in unsafe conditions that could have caused a chimney fire. Thank goodness we had a different company take a look or we would have never known that All Source Chimney did not complete the work they were hired and paid to do. The owner has yet to do the right thing - provide a partial refund for the incomplete work - even after being ordered by a judge to do so. The court / judge she is referencing told us she did not care about our contract that was not with the Hotallings but rather the previous home owners insurance company. We have submitted the judge for bar review. She is claiming we only did partial work, this is incorrect. The insurance company I spoke with stated the smoke chamber was not effected by the flue fire that cracked the tiles and they were not paint for the whole smoke chamber only the side with holes exposed in the bricks. I found this company in a magazine ad and had them out to check out my chimney. Brandon was very informative and answered all my questions. He even had coloring books for my kids.
Had my chimney cleaned and discovered that I needed a liner due to a crack in my terra cotta and some missing concrete. I had several bids and chose to go with all source comfort systems. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive, however I felt he knew what needed to be done and explained how and why very well.
