Quick and very professional, super nice people here to deal with, highly recommended.
After 12 years with the same exhaust and catalytic converters on my truck, it finally failed the visual inspection test (basically, is there a visible serial number on the cats). Smog emissions and function were both fine, just no serial number. I called Andy and he made room in his schedule right away, gave me the fairest price I've seen by far, and even shared the same disdain for how backwards CA's requirements are -- if the emissions are clean, who cares if it's got a serial number stamped on it???
